A lot of Buda neighborhoods are newer, and many yards still run the system the builder put in. Common problems I see: heads set too low or tilted, zones with dry spots, and controllers that were never really set up.

I fix leaks, broken heads and valves, adjust coverage so every part of the yard gets water, and program the controller to a schedule that makes sense. When you add beds or landscaping, I can expand the system to cover them.

I also install drip for beds and Rachio, Hunter Hydrawise and Rain Bird smart controllers.

Repairs are $90 an hour plus parts and materials, with a 1-hour minimum, then 30-minute increments. Estimates are free for new installs and system expansions.
