Hi, I'm Ulises Noyola, but most people call me Uli. I've been working on irrigation systems since I was a kid, and somewhere along the way I fell in love with it: tracking down hidden leaks, figuring out why a zone won't come on, and building systems that water a yard evenly. I earned my Texas irrigator license and made it my career.

Light Blue is a family business. I still work alongside my dad, Salomon, at our family company, Noyola Landscaping. At home it's me, my wife Cassandra, and our twins.

When you hire Light Blue, you get me. I answer the phone, I show up, and I explain what I found in plain language before I fix it. Upfront pricing at $90/hour plus parts and materials, free estimates on new installs and expansions, and work done to Texas irrigation code.
